Terms of Service & Service Agreement
Effective Date: 4/1/2026
By submitting a service request or enrolling in a service plan, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Sign Slingers LLC provides real estate sign placement, retrieval, rider installation, directional sign placement, and sign cleaning and storage.
All services are performed based on the details submitted by the Client.
2. Service Requests
All service requests must be submitted through the official request form.
Client is responsible for providing accurate:
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional fees.
3. Scheduling & Turnaround Time
Standard service turnaround is typically within 24–48 hours.
Same-day or rush service may be available for an additional fee but is not guaranteed.
Service may be delayed due to weather, access issues, or unsafe conditions.
4. Property Access & Authorization
Client confirms they have permission to place signage on the property.
Client is responsible for:
Sign Slingers LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect property details or lack of access.
5. Service Plans & Pricing
Monthly Packages
All plans include placement, retrieval, cleaning, and storage.

Add-On Services
Single Property Services
6. Billing & Payment
Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file.
Any additional services, overages, or add-ons will be automatically charged.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
7. Service Area & Travel Fees
Standard pricing applies within 50 miles of Springfield, Missouri.
8. Missed or Failed Service Attempts
If service cannot be completed due to:
A service or trip fee may still apply.
9. Sign Responsibility & Liability
Sign Slingers LLC will take reasonable care during service.
However, we are not responsible for:
Client assumes responsibility for sign condition once installed.
10. Removal Requests
Removal must be requested through the service form unless included in a package workflow.
Signs may remain in place until a removal request is submitted.
11. Unused Services
Unused services within a monthly plan do not roll over.
12. Cancellation Policy
Monthly plans require at least one billing cycle.
Cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
13. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting a service request, enrolling in a plan, or using services, Client agrees to all terms outlined above.
